上海第一水泵廠有限公司建于1957年，是原機(jī)械工業(yè)部泵行業(yè)的重點(diǎn)骨干企業(yè)，是國(guó)內(nèi)泵種類生產(chǎn)較齊全的企業(yè)之一，一九八九年被審定為國(guó)家二級(jí)企業(yè)。

為滿足企業(yè)發(fā)展的需要，擴(kuò)大大生產(chǎn)規(guī)模，上海第一水泵廠有限公司于2017年年底整體搬遷至上海寶山楊行工業(yè)園區(qū)，公司現(xiàn)占地面積70余畝，新建廠房20000m2,辦公用房約3000m2總投資近1億元。公司技術(shù)力量雄厚，現(xiàn)有高級(jí)工程師4名，各類工程技術(shù)人員32名。公司現(xiàn)在各類主要加工設(shè)備和試驗(yàn)設(shè)備為300多臺(tái)，其中新添置了動(dòng)平衡機(jī)、動(dòng)力滑動(dòng)銑等設(shè)備，更有效的保證了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的提高。

當(dāng)前公司主要有五十多大類產(chǎn)品，1000多個(gè)品種，4000多個(gè)規(guī)格，包括礦用排水泵、各類建筑用泵、中低壓鍋爐給水泵、各類化工泵、石油化工流程泵、油泵、油田注水泵、船用泵、中小型電站泵、熱水泵、潛污泵、液下泵、水煤漿泵、空調(diào)機(jī)組專用泵、渦輪機(jī)組、自動(dòng)給水系列、柴油機(jī)泵組、消防泵等。

我公司曾為我國(guó)第一套30萬(wàn)千瓦發(fā)電機(jī)組配套了高壓、高速鍋爐鍋爐給水泵及增速齒輪箱，還為五十二萬(wàn)噸尿素裝置和我國(guó)首次發(fā)射試驗(yàn)通訊衛(wèi)星及金山、寶鋼等重大項(xiàng)目作出了貢獻(xiàn)，得到國(guó)務(wù)院重大項(xiàng)目辦公室的嘉獎(jiǎng)。

我公司是國(guó)家煤炭行業(yè)確定的定點(diǎn)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，是全國(guó)引進(jìn)國(guó)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)制造高揚(yáng)程、低轉(zhuǎn)速、大流量、高吸程的礦用排水泵的企業(yè)。

我們采用自行開發(fā)和引進(jìn)技術(shù)相結(jié)合的方法，盡全力為礦山服務(wù)提供了三大系列，幾十個(gè)品種的優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品，國(guó)內(nèi)主要礦業(yè)集團(tuán)幾乎都有我們的產(chǎn)品。

我公司為機(jī)械部全國(guó)首批十七家定點(diǎn)水泵生產(chǎn)廠中的大樓供水泵生產(chǎn)企業(yè)之一，其中臥式的TSWA型泵是我廠自行設(shè)計(jì)，獨(dú)家生產(chǎn)的部?jī)?yōu)產(chǎn)品，效率優(yōu)于發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的同類產(chǎn)品。立式DL型泵被評(píng)為上海市優(yōu)秀新產(chǎn)品獎(jiǎng)和定為全國(guó)賓館更新替代進(jìn)口設(shè)備產(chǎn)品。同時(shí)我廠主產(chǎn)的鍋爐給水泵也是我國(guó)各個(gè)工業(yè)鍋爐泵廠的理想配套產(chǎn)品。

我公司在制造工業(yè)泵的長(zhǎng)期實(shí)踐中，形成了一支具有高超技術(shù)素質(zhì)的設(shè)計(jì)工藝人員和技術(shù)工人隊(duì)伍，并擁有材料理化試驗(yàn)，先進(jìn)的工藝裝備及符合國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的產(chǎn)品性能測(cè)試手段。從材料、輔料進(jìn)廠到零件加工、裝配、性能測(cè)試直至成套油漆、包裝全過(guò)程有一套質(zhì)量體系保證。我公司還按ISO國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)自行設(shè)計(jì)了水泵性能測(cè)試臺(tái)，并在華東地區(qū)率先通過(guò)了B級(jí)精度技術(shù)鑒定，測(cè)試臺(tái)應(yīng)用電子計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理，從而保證了產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和企業(yè)的信譽(yù)。

Shanghai First Pump Works Co., Ltd.

Shanghai First Pump Works Co., Ltd. was founded in 1957, it was one of the key enterprises in water pump circle under the former Ministry of Machinery and Electronic Industry of the State Council. And it has been one of the water pump manufacturers in China, who is capable to provide a rather complete pump product range. In 1989, it attained the title of the “ National Second-Class Enterprise”. 

To meet the requirement of company developing and production scale expanding, by the end of 2009, the whole company moved to the Luo Dian Industrial Zone of Bao Shan District, Shanghai. Now the company covers a total area of more than 70 Mu (≈46500m2), on which there are newly built workshops 20000 m2 and office buildings 3000m2. The total investment for the new site is nearly RMB100,000,000.00. The company has a solid foundation of technical man power, with 4 senior engineers and 32 engineers & technicians of various levers. We now possess more than 300 sets of main equipments, including metal-cutting equipments and testing equipments. The newly purchased equipments such as dynamic balancing machine, face miller and so on substantially guaranteed the quality of the products.

The products mainly cover more than 50 series, including more than 1000 varieties and more than 4000 specifications, such as water drainage pump for mine, construction pumps of varieties , medium and low pressure boiler feed pump, chemical pumps of varieties, petrochemical processing pump, oil pump, water injection pump for oil field, marine pumps, mid-small power station pump, hot water pump, submersible sewage pump, submerged pump, water coal-ash pump, special pump for air conditioning unit, water turbomachine unit, automatic water supply equipment, diesel engine-pump unit, fire-fighting pump etc. 

We once had the honor to supply the high-pressure and high-speed water pumps for boiler and speed-adding gear box for our country’s first 300 thousand kilowatts generator. We also made contributions to big projects such as the 520 thousand-ton urea device, China’s first launch of the experimental communication satellite, Bao Steel Complex, Jinshan Petrochemical Complex etc. for which we won the praises from the State Council. 

Our company is a designated manufacturer for mine drainage pumps by the Ministry of Coal. We are the only one in China who imported the technology of manufacturing the high head, low rotation speed, large flow, and high suction mine drainage pump. Combining self-developing and technology importing together, we now provide products of 3 series and dozens of varieties to the mining industry. In China, almost all the major mining group are now using our products.

We are the unique high-building water feed pump manufacturer of the first group of 17 pump manufacturers designated by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronic Industry in China. The main product is horizontal type Model TSWA, which is self-designed and manufactured. Its efficiency is higher than that of similar products made by foreign advanced countries. The vertical type Model DL won the award of “ Shanghai Excellent New Products ” and was recommended to hotels in China as the substituting equipment for imported items when making renovation. Meantime, our boiler water feed pumps are also the idea accessories for all kinds of industrial boilers.

With long-time practice of pump manufacture, a high-level team of designers and skilled workers has been formed. We own the physical-chemical experiment laboratory, advanced technologic equipment and the testing instrument which meets the International Standard. The Quality Control covers the whole process of production, starting from mold-making , acceptance inspection of casting-pieces and materials, to machining,

assembling, testing, completion, till painting and packing, all of which to the Quality Control System. In accordance with ISO 9001 standard, we designed Pump Testing Stand by ourselves, and we were the first in East China to pass the technical appraisal for Class B precision. Computer is now used at the testing stand for data processing. All the above measures have guaranteed the quality of our products and the reputation of the company. With the rapid development of marketing economy, Shanghai First Pump Works, a former state-own enterprise has been successfully denationalized into Shanghai First Pump Works Co., Ltd. The company is having its new start. Now under the new system of organization, with more clarified property right and scientific administration, “First-pump-man” will explore the deep-rooted enterprise culture, bring the wisdom of all the staff into full play. For providing better service to our customer, we will compose a more splendid movement.
