進口立式軸流泵主要由水泵本體部分和傳動部分所組成。

1、水泵本體部分：

泵軸采用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼制成，它籍上下兩只橡膠(或塑料)軸承來支撐。運轉(zhuǎn)過程中，提供了用來潤滑軸承的良好條件，泵軸上端的一只軸承，因多半高出水面，所以在填料函(或密封蓋)上裝一短管，提供啟動前灌輸清水潤滑該軸承之用(待啟動出水后，灌水即可停止)。軸承頸部是一優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼的軸套，表面涂有硬鉻，以提高耐磨性和抗蝕性。其它主要零件如：喇叭管、葉輪座、葉輪外殼、導葉體、軸承座、填料座和聯(lián)軸器等均用鑄鐵制造，出水彎管為鋼焊件。填料裝有填料，以提高泵的密封性。

水泵葉輪的轉(zhuǎn)向，從吸入口看，為逆時針方向(從上向下看為順時針方向)。水泵的葉輪外殼(或連于導葉體、進水喇叭上)與葉輪兩相鄰表面，均呈球形面，這樣保證了葉片在任何安裝角度時，葉輪外圓與葉輪外殼之間有很小的間隙，以減少回流水量損失。

（1）立式電機直接傳動裝置：

電動機借螺栓緊固于電機座上，傳動軸一端借尼龍柱肖聯(lián)軸器與電動機聯(lián)接，另一端用剛性聯(lián)軸器與水泵聯(lián)接，傳動軸系優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼制成，其它零件如電機座、軸承盒、軸承蓋底座等均用鑄鐵制成。水泵在運轉(zhuǎn)時，其全部軸向力(即水泵葉輪上的水壓力和全部水泵轉(zhuǎn)子重量之總和)均由電機座(或軸承座)內(nèi)裝的軸承來承受。水泵轉(zhuǎn)子的軸向位移可借傳動裝置內(nèi)的螺母來調(diào)整，這樣就使整個水泵機組簡化，安裝維修方便可靠。

（2）立式電機三角皮帶傳動裝置：

立式電機用螺栓緊固于機架上，機架緊固于導軌上，通過螺栓使機架能在導軌上滑動，以調(diào)整皮帶松緊。運轉(zhuǎn)過程中的徑向力，由皮帶輪及電機上的徑向軸承承受。

（3）立式半交叉平皮帶傳動：

皮帶輪以鑄鐵制造，固定在軸承座與螺母間而安裝在傳動軸上,傳動軸的徑向力和水泵傳動零件的重量和運轉(zhuǎn)的軸向力等均由球軸承支承。

3、泵的支承：

泵的本體重量(除去轉(zhuǎn)子部分)由支撐泵體的基礎或梁承受，泵的轉(zhuǎn)子部分，傳動裝置(包括主傳動部分和動力機)的重量和泵的軸向力均由支撐傳動裝置的樓面基礎承受。

4、傳動軸：

軸流泵的傳動軸，不宜過長，否則會給安裝維修帶來困難。為此對傳動軸的長度作出規(guī)定，并依規(guī)定供應，用戶訂貨時，要根據(jù)安裝圖規(guī)定的“L”尺寸選用，進行泵房設計。

1.Pump body part:

3.Pump support:
