英國GRIMM格林進口粉體隔膜泵概述:
進口粉體隔膜泵亦稱氣動粉塵輸送泵,是用來輸送粉體的專用泵。只有在保持半流動狀態(tài)下,粉體才不至于在泵腔體內(nèi)被壓成近似固體的塊狀導致輸送失敗和損壞泵。系統(tǒng)利用一組特殊的閥,在每個泵循環(huán)中,根據(jù)一定的時間順序,將壓縮空氣(或其他的惰性氣體)同步引入泵的液腔,使在粉體的泵送過程中保持流動狀態(tài)。

在泵的兩個對稱工作腔中,各裝有彈性隔膜,連桿將兩塊隔膜結(jié)成一體,壓縮空氣從泵的進氣接頭進入中間體后,推動兩個工作腔內(nèi)的隔膜,驅(qū)動連桿聯(lián)結(jié)的隔膜同步運動。與此同時,另一工作腔中的氣體則從其隔膜的背面排出泵外。當活塞達到行程終點,配氣閥則自動的將壓縮空氣引入另一工作腔,推動泵朝反向運動,這樣就形成了兩個隔膜的同步往復運動。每個工作腔中又設置兩個單向球閥,隔膜的往復運動,造成工作腔內(nèi)容積的改變,迫使兩個單向球閥交替的開啟和關閉,從而使粉體連續(xù)的吸入和借用兩側(cè)導管的氣流平穩(wěn)輸出避免堵塞。
