摘要：本文以內(nèi)環(huán)流活塞轉(zhuǎn)子泵齒形型線為研究對象，對其嚙合特性進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。根據(jù)內(nèi)環(huán)流活塞泵轉(zhuǎn)子運(yùn)動規(guī)律，基于內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)子齒形型線為圓弧，首次推導(dǎo)出外轉(zhuǎn)子齒形型線的計算公式。借助該公式計算外轉(zhuǎn)子齒形型線，為設(shè)計人員精確計算轉(zhuǎn)子齒形型線提供了理論依據(jù)。

Analysis Deduction of the Rotor Profile on the Inside circulation Piston Pump

Abstract: The tooth profile line of the inside circulation piston pump were studied ,and their meshing characteristics were analyzed. According to the motion law of the inside circulation piston pump rotor, and based on the profile-type line of the inside rotor was circular arc, the calculation formula of the outside rotor profile are went out for the first time .Suggestion and reference about the rotor profile precise calculation are presented.
